The old original 160 tooth flywheel was showing its age so I decided to go with a new Ford Motorsport steel billet flywheel with ARP bolts.
I heard the roller pilot bearing was the way to go. I found out the hard way the pilot bearing is about quarter inch too thich to get the transmission seated. With the pilot bushing the transmission fits flush to the bellhousing.
The clutch disc and pressure plate was replaced with a 10.5 in. RAM metallic/organic kit.
