I replaced the ’65 Mustang K-code 9” rear end housing that I had under the car to an 8" from a ’71 Maverick. The Maverick's 3.00 gear was replaced with a 3.25 gear. The housing was cleaned and painted satin black.
New leaf springs with bushings were purchased from McVeigh to replace the broken springs. New 67-70 Mustang spring plates, U-bolts and Falcon shackles from Melvin's replaced the old rusty hardware.
